Multichannel Strategy Helps Homebuilder Attract 1,500 Prospects In 21 Days
One of Florida’s leading builders of resort communities planned to host a pre-Grand Opening event for a new 50+ resort living community in Delray Beach. Their goal was to have 500 people attend the sales event.
Tribune Direct developed a multimedia campaign featuring TV, radio, newspaper, outdoor, direct mail and online advertising. We targeted people 50+ in the South Florida area, as well as reaching out to seniors in key markets including Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and New York.
After just 21 days of advertising, the homebuilder had nearly 30,000 visits to the website and over 600 registrations for the sales event. Nearly 1,500 people attended the pre-Grand Opening – more than 3x the builder’s goal.
